We would be failing in our responsibility to support differently-abled people lead independent lives if we only trained and did not consider the provision of employment as part of our responsibilities.
To make this happen we need to concentrate on getting work with high volume and low skills.

Our Future Plans:
* Service other NGO's: In order to reach a wide audience Diya Foundation will share skills with trainers and trainees from other NGO's and put together a systematic training plan to equip them to function independently.
* Start a Respite Care Center: Part of Diya Foundation's vision is to impact the families of our differently abled trainees and staff. To make this happen Diya Foundation plans to start a Respite Care Center which would provide a safe place for parents to leave their wards for a temporary period of time while they take a much deserved break or time out to do some urgent work.
* Independent living through Group Homes/Residential Plans: Diya Foundation envisions a future where differently abled individuals - physically challenged, hearing impaired and mentally challenged - live together independently or with minimum support.
* Work towards a permanent home for Diya Foundation: The ultimate objective of Diya Foundation is to develop into a Resource Center in terms of training, work and employment.
